Hiếu GBR is a well-known player who frequently competes on Vietnam’s local street football pitches (“sân phủi”) and is also a YouTuber who reviews authentic sports products from major brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Mizuno, and Zocker.
On his YouTube channel @danhgia.trenchan, Hiếu has published two detailed review videos featuring Zocker footballs. The first video focuses on the Zocker Empire ball after a period of real-world use. The second video reviews three models: Empire, Procter, and Latico.
All three Zocker balls are manufactured in Pakistan, crafted with 32 stitched PU panels, and feature Korean-made PU surfaces. They are well-suited for both training and competitive matches in amateur and semi-professional tournaments.
Here are some of Hiếu GBR’s insights on Zocker footballs:
-
Excellent surface tension and well-stitched seams — even after extended use, the stitching remains intact, unlike some other balls that tend to loosen or unravel.
-
The leather material is thick and durable, offering a good bounce with a slightly weighted feel — not as light as some foreign-brand balls. This makes it well-suited to Vietnamese players’ preferences. The ball flight is stable, neither too slow nor overly sharp.
-
The graphics are eye-catching and fade-resistant. Even when used on artificial turf with black rubber pellets, a quick wipe with a cloth easily restores the ball’s brightness — without dulling or smudging the design.
Hiếu’s recommendation:
“If you’re looking for a football under 1 million VND that suits Vietnamese players — just go with the Zocker Empire and play your heart out!”
Feedback from other grassroots players who joined the trial session:
-
“The ball feels soft, smooth, accurate — doesn’t feel heavy on the foot.”
-
“Fits the foot well when kicking. Once you get used to it, it’s really solid.”
When comparing the three balls — Empire, Procter, and Latico — players shared:
-
Zocker Empire and Procter both feel solid and are great for artificial turf. Among them, Empire stands out with better surface tension and bounce.
-
Latico is lighter and offers good water resistance.
And finally, one player confidently stated:
“Now and in the future, I’ll keep playing with Zocker balls!”
