BALL INFLATION GUIDE
Required tools: needle – pump – pressure gauge

Step 1: Insert the needle into the valve at a 90-degree angle.

Step 2: Inflate the ball slowly. Avoid sudden air bursts, which can deform or damage the ball. Gently press and rotate the ball while inflating. Do not fully inflate the ball on the first attempt, as it may make the ball too heavy and alter its trajectory.

Step 3: Use a pressure gauge to check the air pressure. The recommended pressure for Zocker balls is 0.65 – 0.7 bar.
If a pressure gauge is unavailable, inflate slowly and press the ball surface with your finger—stop when it reaches a moderate level of indentation that suits your team’s playing style. Avoid overinflating.
STORAGE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

After use, wipe the ball surface with a damp cloth. Do not scrub too harshly.

Store the ball in a dry, well-ventilated area with normal temperature and humidity. Exposure to moisture or excessive heat may damage the ball and shorten its lifespan.

Avoid direct sunlight, as it may damage the PU material, harden the surface, and cause printed graphics to fade.

- Sole cracking or breaking due to manufacturing defects
- For minor adhesive peeling or small cracks in the sole, customers may contact Zocker for support and repair assistance.
- Replacement support: For shoes with soles completely detached or with severe damage making them unusable, the customer will be offered a new replacement.
– The product must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or warranty card to be eligible for warranty service.
– Other wear and tear or damage caused during usage is not covered under warranty.
3. Non-Warranty Cases
– Products without a valid invoice or warranty card.
– Damage resulting from usage, such as:
- Scratches or melting due to high temperatures
- Animal bites
- Cuts or punctures caused by sharp objects
– Damage due to improper storage, such as:
- Water immersion
- Exposure to fire
- Use of chemicals for cleaning
4. Warranty Service Fees
– Zocker covers all repair or replacement costs related to the warranty.
– Customers are responsible for:
- The shipping cost to send the product to Zocker for warranty service.
- The return shipping cost after the product is serviced.
