The product is made from ultra-durable PU leather and is meticulously hand-stitched, offering excellent elasticity and a soft feel when in use. BALL INFLATION GUIDE

Tools needed: needle – pump – pressure gauge

Step 1: Insert the needle into the valve at a 90-degree angle.
Step 2: Inflate the ball slowly. Avoid quick air bursts that may deform or damage the ball. While inflating, gently squeeze and rotate the ball to distribute pressure evenly. Do not overinflate the ball on first use, as this may affect its weight and flight path.
Step 3: Use a pressure gauge to check the air pressure. The ideal pressure for Zocker balls is 0.65 – 0.7 bar.

If a gauge is not available, pump gradually and press your finger into the ball surface. Stop when there is a slight indentation that suits your team’s playstyle. Avoid overinflation.

STORAGE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

After use, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not scrub too harshly.
Store the ball in a dry, well-ventilated area at normal temperature and humidity. Prolonged exposure to moisture or high heat may damage the ball and shorten its lifespan.
Avoid direct sunlight, which can damage the PU surface, harden the ball, and cause the printed graphics to fade.

1. Warranty Guidelines

– This warranty policy applies only to products provided by Zocker.

– Warranty period: Clearly defined for each product, calculated from the date of purchase as stated on the sales invoice or warranty card.

– In cases of manufacturer defects that cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced or refunded based on the customer’s request.

2. Warranty Conditions

– Products are eligible for warranty in the following cases:

Sole cracking or breaking due to manufacturing defects
For minor adhesive peeling or small cracks in the sole, customers may contact Zocker for support and repair assistance.
Replacement support: For shoes with soles completely detached or with severe damage making them unusable, the customer will be offered a new replacement.

– The product must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or warranty card to be eligible for warranty service.

– Other wear and tear or damage caused during usage is not covered under warranty.

3. Non-Warranty Cases

– Products without a valid invoice or warranty card.

– Damage resulting from usage, such as:

Scratches or melting due to high temperatures
Animal bites
Cuts or punctures caused by sharp objects

– Damage due to improper storage, such as:

Water immersion
Exposure to fire
Use of chemicals for cleaning

4. Warranty Service Fees

– Zocker covers all repair or replacement costs related to the warranty.

– Customers are responsible for:

The shipping cost to send the product to Zocker for warranty service.
The return shipping cost after the product is serviced.
