In June 2024, Zocker officially introduced to football fans in Vietnam its new football shoe collection: Zocker Winner Energy, featuring five distinctive color versions.

The Zocker Winner Energy Blue football shoes are beautifully designed in a monochrome style, with eye-catching patterns created by multiple laser cuts, offering a modern look. Zocker infuses the new model with the theme of “Energy of Victory,” aiming to bring players confidence, positivity, and an optimistic spirit.

Some important improvements on the Zocker Winner Energy shoes include:

Upper: Made from premium PU leather with a soft texture, providing comfort right from the first wear without the need for break-in; it also offers a very natural ball feel. The upper part of the shoe features raised ridges to help improve ball control.
EVA Cushioning: This feature is usually found only in high-end products, offering better foot support and reducing the impact of ground reaction forces on the feet.

Tongue: This is the most significantly changed part on Zocker’s new shoe model compared to previous generations. The brand uses both hexagonal studs and three-pointed star-shaped studs simultaneously. This setup allows players to accelerate better while minimizing the risk of sudden stops during tackles, reducing ankle injuries. Additionally, this technology enables players to train and compete comfortably in various conditions, even in light rain and on slippery surfaces.

If the sole detaches from the shoe or large areas peel off, making the shoes unusable, customers will be eligible for a product replacement.

To enhance our customer service quality and affirm the reliability of Zocker-manufactured and distributed products, we are pleased to present our official Product Warranty Policy as follows:

1. Warranty Guidelines

– This warranty policy applies only to products provided by Zocker.

– Warranty period: Clearly defined for each product, calculated from the date of purchase as stated on the sales invoice or warranty card.

– In cases of manufacturer defects that cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced or refunded based on the customer’s request.

2. Warranty Conditions

– Products are eligible for warranty in the following cases:

Adhesive peeling
Surface bursting
Sole cracking or breaking due to manufacturing defects
For minor adhesive peeling or small cracks in the sole, customers may contact Zocker for support and repair assistance.
Replacement support: For shoes with soles completely detached or with severe damage making them unusable, the customer will be offered a new replacement.

– The product must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or warranty card to be eligible for warranty service.

– Other wear and tear or damage caused during usage is not covered under warranty.

3. Non-Warranty Cases

– Products without a valid invoice or warranty card.

– Damage resulting from usage, such as:

Scratches or melting due to high temperatures
Animal bites
Cuts or punctures caused by sharp objects

– Damage due to improper storage, such as:

Water immersion
Exposure to fire
Use of chemicals for cleaning

4. Warranty Service Fees

– Zocker covers all repair or replacement costs related to the warranty.

– Customers are responsible for:

The shipping cost to send the product to Zocker for warranty service.
The return shipping cost after the product is serviced.
