To enhance our customer service quality and affirm the reliability of Zocker-manufactured and distributed products, we are pleased to present our official Product Warranty Policy as follows:

1. Warranty Guidelines

– This warranty policy applies only to products provided by Zocker.

– Warranty period: Clearly defined for each product, calculated from the date of purchase as stated on the sales invoice or warranty card.

– In cases of manufacturer defects that cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced or refunded based on the customer’s request.

2. Warranty Conditions

– Products are eligible for warranty in the following cases:

• Adhesive peeling
• Surface bursting
• Sole cracking or breaking due to manufacturing defects
• For minor adhesive peeling or small cracks in the sole, customers may contact Zocker for support and repair assistance.
• Replacement support: For shoes with soles completely detached or with severe damage making them unusable, the customer will be offered a new replacement.

– The product must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or warranty card to be eligible for warranty service.

– Other wear and tear or damage caused during usage is not covered under warranty.

3. Non-Warranty Cases

– Products without a valid invoice or warranty card.

– Damage resulting from usage, such as:

• Scratches or melting due to high temperatures
• Animal bites
• Cuts or punctures caused by sharp objects

– Damage due to improper storage, such as:

• Water immersion
• Exposure to fire
• Use of chemicals for cleaning

4. Warranty Service Fees

– Zocker covers all repair or replacement costs related to the warranty.

– Customers are responsible for:

• The shipping cost to send the product to Zocker for warranty service.
• The return shipping cost after the product is serviced.
